TEAM BUILDINg/
leadership

micro event

In the Team Building/Leadership Micro-Event, AEI facilitates a highly-engaging team discussion in a safe environment. This is accomplished in a 90-120 minute session of the John Maxwell Leadership Team’s Leadership Game. This is a small group exercise requiring direct participation by attendees. Participants should not exceed 25 and ideally is conducted with 6-12 persons.

Designed to engage participants in a unique leadership exchange, The Leadership Game is a powerful assessment tool that brings people together in a fun environment and highlights the team’s leadership awareness.

AEI uses this event to expose gaps while bonding teams together through edification. Unlike any other leadership tool, this experience promotes positive change through meaningful conversation and connection.

The Team Building/Leadership Micro-Event will strengthen positive organizational practices as well as improve communication amongst your staff. Participation in the Team Building Micro-Event fosters conversation in an intimate and safe group setting allowing all participants to provide honest and authentic feedback in a non-threatening environment.

The Team Building Micro-Event can be facilitated either in-person or virtually. The best practice for delivery is a 120 minute session, but not less than 90 minutes. The ideal environment for in-person delivery is a conference room set up where participants are facing each other seated around one table along with a flip-chart for the facilitator.

BEHAVIORAL DESIGN/HABIt formation

It has been said that all we are is the sum of our daily habits. Certified in habit formation by Stanford University’s Dr. BJ Fogg, AEI’s Executive Director and Success Training Officer Andy Arnold will conduct 2, 4, or 8 hour behavioral design/habit formation trainings with you and your team.

The fundamental approach to these skills are foundational and can be applied to multiple settings and industries. A condensed course is available for a “lunch and learn” format.
